well back from the Sierra Nevadas what a wild week of biking rocks rocks and more rocks but no mud well that all ended today

had a good transit out to the hills with some mates a ride up then to another mates for lunch then ride to the top ablast about get covered in mud

ride home on my tod into a building breaze all in all a good day getting fitter for sure

4 hours wheels turning and 40 miles covered
